We started 2Bytes in Gurgaon in 2015 after watching too many clients get burned by agencies that pitched senior and delivered junior. Ten years later we're still small on purpose — every account has a partner-level lead on it.
Why we exist.
The first agency I worked at billed enterprise rates for work my interns were doing. That's the dirty secret of most agencies: leverage. Win on senior, deliver on junior, hope the client doesn't notice the difference for six months.
2Bytes is the opposite. We stay deliberately small — under 25 people. Every client gets a senior strategist named on the contract, and that's who shows up to the calls. No pyramid, no AM-to-strategist ratio gymnastics.
Ten years in, we've managed over ₹50 Cr in ad spend across 200+ campaigns. We still take on fewer than 20 clients at a time.
